This notice explains how Lynch 369 Ltd ("we", "us") handles personal data collected through the Sorted Calls website, including the waitlist.

Who we are

Lynch 369 Ltd, company no. 17522352, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. We are the data controller and are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number [ICO NUMBER PENDING].

What we collect

If you join the waitlist we collect your name, business name, trade, email address and, if you give it, your phone number, plus the date you signed up and your consent choice. If you email us, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why and lawful basis

We use waitlist details to tell you about the Sorted Calls launch and early-bird offer, based on your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time. We use enquiries to reply to you (legitimate interests) and keep records needed by law.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We use trusted providers for hosting, data storage and email (for example Cloudflare and Resend), who process data on our behalf under contract. Some providers may process data outside the UK with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Waitlist details are kept until launch and for up to 12 months after, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Enquiries are kept for up to 2 years.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@sortedcalls.co.uk. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
